The mission of the Business Contracts and Risk Management Office is to: (1) provide value-oriented business contracts and risk management services in support of the District's mission; (2) process all business contracts in a professional and timely manner, in accordance with the State of California laws and District policies to enable the District to meet its goals and objectives without serious risk of liability; and (3) provide timely and professional handling of all aspects of the risk identification and management function to protect the District�s human, 财务和实物资产及资源受到不利后果的损失.

Administer propety and liability claims working with district's Third Party Administrator and Legal Counsel.
