Foundation

Mission Statement

机构进步办公室包括公共关系, marketing, and the Butte College Foundation.  The Butte College Foundation is a 501 (c)3 non profit organization that exists to help benefit the mission of Butte College. Founded in 1992, the Foundation has a volunteer board of directors who are committed to helping Butte College in its mission to serve all students. The Foundation distributes over 600 scholarships a year and was found to outperform other Foundations based on its size and staff. Program Description

The Office of Institutional Advancement area has administrative unit outcomes shown below for enrollment marketing and public relations objectives. 机构发展协助学院做广告, branding, 营销和满足全国十大赌博官网管理目标.
Assessment Mechanism:  The primary assessment mechanism is to work closely with the Enrollment Management Committee to develop advertising and digital marketing strategies and campaigns to generate enrollment. 每个全国十大赌博官网管理活动评估投资回报率和成功. 
Analysis of Results:   A report after each campaign is analyzed to determine what activities were successful. With district funds, we produce postcards twice a year to all residents in Butte and Glenn Counties. TV, print ads, 以及通过点击付费广告和youtube上的广告进行数字营销活动, Facebook, and other top social media sites.  The enrollment management committee has been supportive of increasing digital marketing and see this as an area of focus. The public sees Butte College as a highly effective institution that is focused on its mission and is seen as a key resource for the community.

Assessment Mechanism:  The college tracks the percentage of positive local media clips and gross impressions that are positive.   我们的办公室还向社区提供年度报告.

Analysis of Results:  During the last year, the college had tracked over 1,500 positive media clips.  These are evaluated to determine the percentage that are positive and this information is reported monthly to the Board.  这些月阳性率总是超过99%.
 
The Office of Institutional Advancement includes the operations of the 501c3 non profit Foundation with day to day oversight of the Foundation, 100 endowments, donations, 600 student scholarships, 150 department accounts, and two large events per year.  基金会有一个志愿董事会.

                            The Office of Institutional Advancement along with the Grants Office under Institutional Effectiveness are requesting a split 50/50 full time administrative support staff person to provide administrative support for the IA Office and 50 percent support to the Grants Office.
